1.I'm not sure what size I wear. Do you have a size chart that can help me?

Yes, we have a size guide chart on the product page for your reference.

2.Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

Before the product is shipped, you can contact Smallshowservices@outlook.com to cancel or modify your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing.

3.Can I exchange my items?

We don't offer an exchange policy, please submit a new order for your new items. If the items are defective or damaged, please feel free to contact us at Smallshowservices@outlook.com.

4.How do I return an item?

Before you deliver the returned merchandise, you must contact us at Smallshowservices@outlook.com with the order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. You must return all original packaging boxes,manuals/accompanying documents and packaging materials, gifts (if any) and returned goods together.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Not a quality problem, the returns freight is made at your own cost. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.

5.What qualifies for a return?

Items that qualify for a return are any items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged,unused and with all the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration,misuse or damage.

E-Gift Cards, the items marked Final Sale/Clearance category are final sale and may not be returned.

6.What should I do if I've recevied a damaged or defective item?

Incase you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
Make sure to include the information below:
1) Your order number
2) Product name or SKU number/Product code (you can find this in your confirmation email)
3) Describe the damage/defects and provide clear photos

7.What should I do if my package is missing an item?

If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely one of two things:
1) To get your orders to you as fast as possible, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.
2) If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.

8.How can I find my order information and check my order status?

You can log into your account on our website to view your order history. You can also review order information in the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase.
When your order has been shipped,you will receive an email with tracking information.Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking number to activate.You can check the logistics information on: https://www.17track.net/en

9.Which methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accepts Paypal.

10.Where do you ship to?

Currently our shipping to United States and Canada.

11.Do you offer wholesale?

We also consider wholesale, you can contact us if you have any ideas.

12.Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Only one discount code can be used per order. Items marked down and “on sale” can be purchased with an additional discount code. Some exclusions apply: certain products may be ineligible for discounts.

13.Why my discount code doesn't work?

There are many reasons a discount code may not work: it may be expired;  you may have used the discount code previously;  or there may be another discount code already applied to your cart (only one discount code can be used per order).  For further assistance, please contact us at Smallshowservices@outlook.com
